I Was Once in Your Shoes !!
Looking back at my childhood, teenage years and years as a young adult I had so many warning signs that were trying to get my attention (symptoms of: chronic low self esteem - crying myself to bed, chronic anxiety and depression, digestive troubles, poor sleep and recovery, anger issues and more). I wasn't aware that certain events of my life both physical and emotional having such a profound effect on me. I was struggling, and didn't even know it. All I knew was that I was tired, tired of trying to hold it all together.
It wasn't until my mid 20's that something in me changed: I remember being in the bathroom at home and screaming in the mirror "I just want to be happy". I actually ended up ripping the towel rack I was holding off the wall. In this moment, I realised WOW, I am not happy: I am actually in pain. This acknowledgment sparked off a passion to get well, to heal and to transform my life.
Over the next 20 years exploring the world of holistic health and healing, I have come to realise that all I have been doing is: learning to love myself more fully. Along the way I was also called to helps others do the same. I've had the honour and privilege of guiding countless men and women on their path of healing and awakening as they too learn how to love themselves more deeply.
